Order Discrepancies and Return Policy

Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can address the issue. We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

For exchanges, return the original item first, then place a new order. We’ll evaluate your return and approve refunds within 15 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, but bank processing times may vary.
